It rocks! I let mine press pretty long just because I forgot that I was gonna eat it for dinner one night and ended up using it for the next night's dinner instead! It got a lot of water out. I dumped a bit about 30 minutes after pressing just to be sure it wasn't water from washing the press. It also leaves a cute little stamp on the tofu that makes me unreasonably happy.
