TOFUDEE provides FREE standard shipping on ALL orders – no minimums or exclusions! Just because shipping is free, doesn't mean it should take a long time. TOFUDEE offers 2 shipping speeds:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business day
Expedited Shipping: 2-business day
You may expedite your shipping at the Checkout page. Please note Expedited Shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive to these locations. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.
** TOFUDEE has the right to cancel orders if we are unable to ship to a destination address. A full refund will be applied if applicable.
** We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. from our website. Please visit Amazon.com for your international order.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached(if applicable) and with the original packaging.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation. Once we have confirmed your request, we will send an email with the return mailing address where you need to ship the return back to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
