Need a detox? You can try broccoli with tofu for a light and mild flavor! It goes well in many different dishes, especially Korean meals. It can also be a snack or salad by itself. Once the tenderness and firmness blend together in your mouth, you’ll feel healthier and lighter!

1 block of firm tofu
1 head broccoli
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
salt & pepper to taste
Press the tofu with the Tofudee Tofu Press for 30 mins.
Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces.
Add some salt to the water and bring it to a boil.
Cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender and green.
Rinse the broccoli with cold water and drain it once it's been cooled.
In a big bowl and break up the tofu into smaller pieces
Add the broccoli and season it with salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
Toss together the ingredients gently.
