Stir-fried tofu tastes great, but that's not the only way to serve it. Here's a simple recipe that makes delicious, crispy little slices of tofu to serve with rice and vegetables if desired!

Ingredients
450 g of extra firm tofu cut into eight slices
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
1 hot pepper to garnish (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Press the tofu for 20 mins to remove the water.
Preheat the oven to 375 F
Pour the soya sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and the siracha sauce into a bowl and mix well.
Add the tofu slices and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Prepare a plate with the toasted sesame seeds.
Press the tofu slices in the sesame seeds, coat all sides, and place them on the baking sheet.
In an oven cook for 20 minutes turning halfway.
