Tofu is such a versatile food that takes any flavor it’s given.. so why not experiment with new spices and methods.
Used a famous Indian marinating recipe here to give tofu a touch of Indian taste. Don’t hesitate to add different flavors you love to make this your own!

Ingredient
1 tofu block
2 chopped jalapeños or hot peppers
1/2 Onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped or grated Carrot
1/4 cup chopped Cabbage
1/4 cup Peas
1 cup Rice (uncooked)
Chopped Parsley
Chopped Green Onion
1/4 cup Yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Oil
Instructions
Prepare tofu by pressing in Tofudee tofu press for 20 mins. In a bowl add, yogurt, salt, paprika, coriander powder and mix well.
Add pressed & chopped tofu to prepared yogurt mix and coat all the tofu pieces.
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and pan fry coated tofu till all sides turn brown and crispy. Keep fried tofu aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil and fry chopped jalapeño, onion, cabbage, carrot & peas with salt & pepper as needed.
Add chopped parsley & green onion before turning off the flame. Add cooked rice and mix everything well.
Serve fried rice topped with crispy tofu & sesame seeds.
