Crispy Tofu Sisig is a healthier alternative to the traditional Filipino dish Pork Sisig because it does not use any meat or greasy ingredients. Cooked with an aromatic blend of onions, peppers, and chiles, this hearty recipe is undoubtedly a delicious way to enjoy the bold flavors of sisig in vegan form.
