1 package of tofu
1 pineapple
1 red onion

1 yellow zucchini

For the tofu marinade
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 cup low sodium soy
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Press tofu for 20 mins, wash all the vegetables and fruits while pressing tofu.
Cut the tofu and let it marinate for at least 1 hour with paprika, soy, garlic, and oil.
Cut according to your preference, but make them small and even cuts so they will all cook faster.
Then make the skewers with bamboo skewers, place the vegetables and fruits in order of colors so the rainbow skewers will remain.
