8 oz extra firm tofu
1 loaf of French bread
8 oz vegan cream cheese
Fresh apple slices
Fresh kiwi slices
Fresh banana slices
Firstly, press the excess moisture out of the tofu using your TOFUDEE Tofu Press about 20 mins prior to cooking.
Add a small amount of coconut oil to a frying pan on medium heat.
When the tofu is ready and the oil has melted, use your hands to crumble the tofu into the frying pan.
Stir in turmeric (for color) and other seasonings per preference. Serve alongside fresh fruit.
For breakfast toast:
Spread cream cheese over slices of toasted French bread.
Top a few slices of bread with fresh blueberries. Top the remaining slices of bread with sliced apples.
Drizzle the toast with a generous amount of date syrup.
