So healthy and delicious, this simple and savory scrambled tofu and toast is a breakfast that not only mom, but the whole family will love!

  • 8 oz extra firm tofu

  • Tsp turmeric

  • 1 loaf of French bread

  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese

  • Date syrup

  • Fresh blueberries

  • Fresh apple slices

  • Fresh strawberries

  • Fresh kiwi slices

  • Fresh banana slices

  • Fresh grapes


  • Firstly, press the excess moisture out of the tofu using your TOFUDEE Tofu Press about 20 mins prior to cooking.

  • Add a small amount of coconut oil to a frying pan on medium heat.

  • When the tofu is ready and the oil has melted, use your hands to crumble the tofu into the frying pan.

  • Stir in turmeric (for color) and other seasonings per preference. Serve alongside fresh fruit.

For breakfast toast:

  • Spread cream cheese over slices of toasted French bread.

  • Top a few slices of bread with fresh blueberries. Top the remaining slices of bread with sliced apples.

  • Drizzle the toast with a generous amount of date syrup.
