1/2 Tofu Block
3 tbsp Green Onion
1/4 cup Corn
1/4 cup Peas
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Basil Leaves
Press Tofu for 20 mins.
In a bowl, mash pressed tofu with a fork. Add green onion, corn, peas, salt, pepper, and mix together.
Make medium size balls by hand and keep aside.
In a pot, add olive oil. When the oil is hot add garlic cloves, onion, and sauté till onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes to the same pot and cook on medium heat till tomatoes are half cooked.
Add basil leaves, salt, pepper, and mix together. Place tofu balls in the same pot and simmer for 20 mins.
