Tofu Ball Spaghetti

Perfect for non-meat eaters who love conventional spaghetti dish! Easy to make with few ingredients and steps, great for weeknight dinners. Can add additional seasoning or vegetables of choice if needed.

Servings: 1-2


  • 1/2 Tofu Block

  • 3 tbsp Green Onion

  • 1/4 cup Corn

  • 1/4 cup Peas

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Onion

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Basil Leaves

  • Spaghetti


  • Press Tofu for 20 mins.

  • In a bowl, mash pressed tofu with a fork. Add green onion, corn, peas, salt, pepper, and mix together.

  • Make medium size balls by hand and keep aside.

  • In a pot, add olive oil. When the oil is hot add garlic cloves, onion, and sauté till onions turn translucent.

  • Add chopped tomatoes to the same pot and cook on medium heat till tomatoes are half cooked.

  • Add basil leaves, salt, pepper, and mix together. Place tofu balls in the same pot and simmer for 20 mins.
