It will only take a few minutes and the best thing is that it serves at any time of the day. 1 package of tofu
1 cup of sushi rice or any other rice
1 cucumber cut into thin strips
1 carrot cut in julienne
1/3 cup finely sliced purple cabbage
4 sliced cherry tomatoes
For the tofu marinade
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Press tofu for 20-25 minutes with Tofudee Tofu Press.
While pressing tofu, wash & cut vegetables.
Cut the pressed tofu in cube shapes.
Marinate tofu cubes before cooking it. To do this in a bowl place the tofu pieces next to the marinade ingredients and leave it for at least 10 minutes in that mixture, before sautéing it in a pan until it is golden and crispy.
Then prepare your poke plate with the cooked sushi rice and the previously cut vegetables, add the cooked tofu and finally decorate with sesame seeds and fresh parsley.
