INGREDIENTS
8 oz silky tofu
1 cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup coconut flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain and press liquid from the tofu using the TOFUDEE Tofu Press.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over hot water.
Blend tofu and melted chocolate in the blender until all is combined.
Put your mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Take it out, put coconut flour, and mix well until all is smooth.
Now time to roll the truffle butter into 12 balls.
Roll them in cocoa powder, colorful sprinkles, or fruit powder.
