CHOCOLATE TOFU TRUFFLES

These truffles are perfect as Valentine’s Day dessert – nothing better than a homemade delicious little truffle! They are so easy to make, creamy and tasty treats for your loved one, or have it all to yourself! Either way, it is a win and you will love them!

Cooking Time: 5 mins


Servings: 12






INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz silky tofu

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup coconut flour



INSTRUCTIONS


  • Drain and press liquid from the tofu using the TOFUDEE Tofu Press.

  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over hot water.


  • Blend tofu and melted chocolate in the blender until all is combined.

  • Put your mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  • Take it out, put coconut flour, and mix well until all is smooth.

  • Now time to roll the truffle butter into 12 balls.



  • Roll them in cocoa powder, colorful sprinkles, or fruit powder.
