This recipe will let you experience eating your tofu in a whole new way. It’s full of amazing sweet and tangy flavors that you can personally choose to add. The Tofu and Sweet Potato Bowl recipe is so easy and really fun to prepare.

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp soy sauce
tofu pressed and cubed
Preferred seasoning (e.g. garlic, onion, pepper, salt, red pepper flakes)
Start by pressing your tofu using TOFUDEE Tofu Press for 15 to 20 mins, then slice into cubes.
While TOFUDEE Tofu Press does the heavy work, slice up a sweet potato.
In a bowl, put the olive oil, cornstarch, and soy sauce and mix well.
Add the pressed cubed tofu.
Add your preferred seasoning (e.g. garlic, onion, pepper, salt, red pepper flakes).
Put parchment paper on a sheet pan and add the tofu, the cut-up sweet potatoes, and desired olive oil and spices.
Bake at 425 degrees F for about 20 to 25 minutes. Or until tofu is browned around the edges and sweet potato pieces are soft.
