Tofu Sandwich

Introducing a fresh protein-rich sandwich. You can toss whatever ingredients you have in your refrigerator, there is no need for instructions or a list of ingredients for you to follow. One thing you could make it different is to add more flavor to the pressed tofu.

Ingredients (from video)

  • 1 block of extra-firm tofu

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

  • 1 avocado

  • Alfalfa sprouts, optional

  • bread of choice

  • leafy greens of choice

  • favorite mustard or vegan mayo, to spread
